Mr. Thelander, a consulting biologist, is the founder/owner of BioResource Consultants, an environmental consulting firm based in Ojai, CA. He has over 30 years of research and consulting experience, mainly involving raptors such as golden eagles, peregrines, and bald eagles.    Research Interests

Raptor biology, mainly in the western United States. Endangered species conservation. Currently managing several research projects on the effects of wind energy facilities and powerline electrocutions on birds, especially raptors.
