Jon Franklin

   Biography

I am involved in Peregrine and Gyrfalcon research and have studied falcons throughout the UK and overseas (France, Iceland, Scandinavia) over the past 20 years. I also have experience as a raptor rehabilitator and am a licenced ringer for birds of prey. In 1990 I became a founder member and co-ordinator of Sussex Peregrine Study, a research group set up to monitor an emerging population of Peregrines in the South of England, UK. www.sussexperegrines.co.uk
